We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Pricing or technical errors on the website.
  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and refunded in full within 7–10 business days.

3. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-stitched, embroidered, or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
  • Please confirm all details (size, measurements, and design) before placing such orders.
