At ZayaLux Fusion, your satisfaction is our priority. Every piece of clothing and jewelry is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines your options clearly and fairly.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In its original packaging with tags intact
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
Customized products, stitched garments, jewelry, sale items, and accessories due to hygiene and made-to-order nature.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@zayaluxfusion.com or message us on WhatsApp +91 98472 61054 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return with relevant photos.
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  4. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, customers are requested to send the item back to us through a reliable courier service.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by ZayaLux Fusion.
  • For all other eligible returns (such as exchange in size or style), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • In some cases, banks or payment providers may take additional time to credit the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size or product.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund (as applicable) will be issued.
  • Custom-stitched or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

6. Cancellations & Order Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your order before shipment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed instructions. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.


7. Damaged or Wrong Products

We take great care in packaging your order, but in rare cases:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@zayaluxfusion.com.

9. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges on returns.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product value only, not for shipping or import duties.
